Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrading gear increases its base stats and sometimes increases its other features. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the amount of random augmentations used.

For example, the elite racial shield Razortail is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorb capability in PvP or to provide additional defenses to missile-based builds in PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the non-upgraded perfect version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens can be used to reroll a purchased item like an armor, weapon, or ring. The item is replaced with an identical item however with different benefits. Reroll tokens can be an economical method of upgrading equipment. However, they don't keep the level of the original item and any resources wasted aren't refunded.

Reroll tokens can be obtained by survivors by a variety of means such as the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in crates and chests, or purchased at the local store at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens are used to alter the attribute of an item of equipment, for example increasing the damage it can cause.

Players can reroll their equipment in three aspects three categories: physical power, magic power, and health. Physical power increases the damage that melee and weapons, while spell power improves rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades provide the player with an extra health.

Three types of reroll tokens are available such as upgrade rare, legendary and rare. Each upgrade elevates an item to a higher quality, with the requirement of an upgraded reroll token in order to make it. Upgrades with enhanced capabilities require a common item, while rare upgrades require a unique or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

The marker for rerolling, unlike markers or tokens that are placed on action spaces, remains on the space until the next success is rerolled. This helps to prevent the waste of upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes that appear at the start of each Preparation phase. They are opened using Interact by pressing on them. Once they are open they show a complete description and icon of the appliance or ingredient that they correspond to. The restaurant's store will swap blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for a small amount.

This means that blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This affects the blueprints that the restaurant's shop has available to reroll and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and other accessories. These are special stones that increase the value of an item by improving its stats or attributes. Players can locate these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. They can also be obtained by players who complete daily contracts.

To upgrade gear, players must first locate the appropriate item and then click the "level up" button. This will display a list of the item's level, and what it will become when it is upgraded. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the item upgrading. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires one Growth Stone.

After deciding what to upgrade, players need to select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to utilize and pay the appropriate cost. Once the player has met the requirements, they can hit the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will increase the item's level by a certain percentage. Depending on the rarity of the item level upgrade, the upgrade process can be as quick as a few seconds to minutes.

The upgrade process also is risk-free, and does not impact the durability of the item. This makes it an ideal way for players to gain an advantage in battle without putting stress on their bank account. Additionally, players can transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded item to new gear by clicking on the "transfer" tab.

New players may find it difficult to acquire Growth Stones. However, there are many ways to obtain these stones, such as completing contracts and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests of the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is a feature that allows players to increase the stats of their weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. It's done by combining an item with upgrades at the Upgrade Station and paying a cost of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will consume the upgrade components and grant the item an increased level, which gives the item an additional boost in that area. This process can be repeated until the maximum level for an item has been reached.

Items with upgraded stats will be displayed as a blue icon beside their slot. In contrast to enchantments, upgrade components don't stack with one another, and can only be added to a single item at a time. Furthermore, each upgrade component will require a specific quantity of items to be used in addition to an initial amount for the equipment.

The Upgrade Station comes with two slots: the left one is where players can add a piece of equipment to be upgraded, while the right side shows a glimpse of what the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow after is a player has enough resources will begin the upgrade process.

An item of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Every time the item is upgraded, its base stats will be increased by a small amount. The highest level for an item is 19.

When an item reaches its highest level, upgrades are no longer available to it. When an item attains a certain upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track will be discounted.

Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be slotted into weapons, armor trinkets, trinkets, or gathering tools to provide an attribute bonus or extra effect when the equipment is in use. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be swapped with new ones. However, this will ruin the previous upgrade.

Requirements

Upgrades to items allow players to increase certain attributes of armor and weapons they already have. The requirements to upgrade an item vary depending on the type of item however, generally you'll require Dilithium and a number of Upgrade Tokens (various options available).

The items can be upgraded by adding upgrade components to weapons and equipment. This will give them additional effects or an increase in item level. These upgrades can be obtained from a variety of sources, such as crafting, buying at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from raids and bosses. Once an upgrade component is added to an object it cannot be removed or replaced. However it is possible to swap glyphs freely.

Upgrades can increase an item's Mark Level or Rarity. Additionally, some upgrade components come with additional modifiers which can further improve the item's stats.

The helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" for instance, increases the base defense and gives an additional 20 percent chance to block. In addition the dps enhancement "Wildfire" increases weapon damage.

Some items are better off being upgraded less because of their improved stats and more because it allows players to get the maximum amount of value from a perfect roll on the item. For example, a perfect-rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and can be worth 20-50 times the value of the unupp'd version.

The game will display the requirements once you choose the upgrade component to be incorporated into the item. These include the item type (either weapon or armor) the level of the item as well as the Upgrade Token required, as well as the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.

If you've fulfilled the conditions for upgrading, the game will place the item in your inventory and the progress bar will change to show how close to completing the upgrade. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by going to any item upgrader (writes in the official www.hulkshare.com blog) NPC.
