Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can sometimes increase the performance of a piece of gear and at times even add additional features. The value of these upgrades is determined by the gear's tiers, their requirements, and the number of random augmentations can be applied.

The most powerful racial Shield Razortail, for example, is frequently upgraded to enhance its lightning absorption capabilities in PvP or provide additional defenses to missile-based build in the PvM. This makes it more tradable than the non-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens let you buy a new item, like armor, weapon, or ring. The item is replaced with an identical item however with different benefits. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective option to upgrade equipment. They don't maintain the original equipment's condition, and any resources wasted won't get compensated.

The surviving players can acquire Reroll tokens in a variety of ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in crates and chests or purchase them at the market for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attribute of an item of equipment for example, increasing its damage.

Players can reroll their equipment using three categories: physical power, magic power, and health. Physical power upgrades increase the damage done by weapons and melee attacks and spell power upgrades mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional level of health.

Three types of reroll tokens are available in three categories: upgrade rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades the item to a better quality. To produce them, you need an upgrade level token for rerolling. Upgrades require a standard item. Rare upgrades require an item that is either unique or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

The reroll marker, unlike other special tokens or markers placed on action spaces remains on the space until the next Success is to be rerolled. This allows you to not waste upgrades.

Blueprints appear as envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase, and are opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened, they display a description and icon for the Appliance or Ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged for a new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's store for a small amount of coins.

In the course of a run, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool as a result of the choice of Franchise Cards. This alters the blueprints the restaurant's shop can offer for rerolls, and those that are in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and accessories. These are special stones that increase an item's level by increasing its stats and attributes. Players can find these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the major towns. They can also purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a price. These stones can also be obtained by players who sign daily contracts.

To upgrade gear, the player must first locate the item, then click the "level up button". This will show a list of the item upgrades's current level and what it will become when it is upgraded. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones required to do so. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade the item is determined by its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires one Growth Stone.

After deciding on the item to upgrade the player has to select the number of Growth Stones that they want to purchase and pay the cost. Once the requirements are satisfied, the user can then click the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. The item will be raised in level by a certain percentage. The upgrade process can last anywhere from seconds to several minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.

The upgrade process is also completely risk-free and does not affect the item's durability. This is an excellent choice for those who want to gain an advantage in combat, but don't want to spend a lot of money. Clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer their experience and progress of an upgraded item to an entirely new piece of equipment.

New players may find it difficult to acquire Growth Stones. However, there are many methods to obtain these stones, such as signing contracts and buying them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or getting them from the reward chests during the Ancient Arena season. Additionally, players can take apart the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is a feature that allows you to boost the stats of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. It is achieved by adding upgrades at the Upgrade Station, paying a fee of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will consume the upgrade components and grant the item an increased level, which gives the item an additional boost in the area. This process can be repeated until the maximum level for an item is reached.

Items with upgraded stats will have an icon of blue next to their slot. Contrary to enchantments upgrade components don't stack against each other, and can only be added to one item at one time. Additionally each upgrade component will require a specific quantity of items to be applied in addition to an appropriate level for the equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left, players can add an item to be upgraded. On the right, a preview shows what the gear will look like at its next level. When a player has enough materials by pressing the yellow arrow, it will initiate the upgrade process.

A piece of gear can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Each time it is upgraded, the base stats of the item will increase by only a tiny amount. The maximum level of an item is 19.

Once an item reaches its maximum capacity, it will no longer have the option to upgrade. Once a piece of equipment reaches a specific upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer), upgrades for that track will come with discounts.

Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be inserted into armors, weapons trinkets, gathering tools and other trinkets to provide an extra effect or attribute bonus while the equipment is equipped. They can be bought from vendors, looted, acquired through questing or traded between players. Upgrade components can be changed by acquiring new ones. However, this will cause the old upgrade to be destroyed.

Requirements

Item upgrades give players the ability to increase certain attributes of weapons and armor they currently have. The requirements to upgrade an item vary depending on its type however, you'll generally require Dilithium along with an amount of Upgrade Tokens.

The items can be upgraded by adding item upgrade components to weapons and equipment. This gives them more effects or an improved level of the item. These upgrades can come from a variety of sources, including crafting, purchasing at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from raids and bosses. Once an upgrade component is placed in an item it isn't able to be removed or substituted without restriction, however the glyphs that are used in gathering tools can be swapped out without restriction.

Upgrades can boost the Mark Level or Rarity. Certain upgrade components have additional modifiers that can boost the stats of the item.

For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense, and also provides an additional 20% chance to block. Additionally, the dps upgrade "Wildfire" boosts weapon damage.

Upgrades can be beneficial for certain items, but not because they boost stats. They are more valuable for the players if they can get an exact roll. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for example is highly sought-after by the melee PvP communities and could be worth 20-50 times the value of an unupp'd counterpart.

The game will show you the requirements when you select the upgrade component that is incorporated into the item. These include the item type (either Armor or Weapon) and the level of the item and the Upgrade Token required, and the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.

Once you've satisfied the requirements for upgrading the game will put the item upgrader mod in your inventory, and the progress bar will change to indicate how close to completing it. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by visiting any item upgrader NPC.
